COMMUNICATION POLICY

We understand that potential puppy families are worried about scammers these days. That is why we are happy to offer Facetime or a short custom video during the inquiry process to confirm we are who we say we are. We do not tolerate scammers. And we also do not tolerate people treating us disrespectfully. A puppy from Muddy Mastiffs deserves to have the best home possible, (This is so important with giant guard dog breeds) so we reserve the right to ensure potential families are kind and caring.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY

Once we have talked on the phone and approved you as a potential puppy family and after puppies are born, you may reserve your puppy with a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. This reserves color/gender, not a specific puppy. Puppy picks are done at the appropriate time, in the appropriate order. For deposits, we accept PayPal. A portal will be available on our site. A deposit also gives you the right to request daily (except Sunday) FaceTimes or videos of your puppy group, so you can track their progress!

At pickup/delivery time, the rest of the puppy price is due in CASH ONLY. Note that if you choose our door-to-door hand delivery option, the delivery fee will be due before we leave our home with the puppy, but the balance is not due until we reach your delivery location.
