We take buyer safety seriously and have built our policies to protect you.

We never accept money before puppies are born and we know exactly what is available.
We offer live video calls or custom videos of specific puppies upon request.
We are happy to verify our identity on FaceTime, including showing our faces and the puppies.

Important:
Please do not send money to anyone claiming to be us until you have personally verified that it is us.

Join our waitlist to be notified when puppies are born.

Because we do not accept deposits ahead of time, this notification is extremely important. Our waitlist is large and continues to grow.

Before puppies are born, we strongly recommend that you call:

This step allows us to:

Answer your questions
Make sure you understand what to expect with an English Mastiff
Ensure our puppies are placed in the right homes

We are selective about placement and prioritize homes that are prepared and aligned with our program.

Approved homes may be added to a priority text list, which is contacted before the general email announcement when puppies are born.

When Puppies Are Born

Once puppies arrive:

We will notify our waitlist
Approved homes will receive early instructions
We will open a reservation portal on our website

Puppies are reserved quickly, especially from high-demand pairings.

Reservation & Deposit

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit reserves your spot and goes toward the total price
Deposits reserve gender and color, not a specific puppy
We typically use PayPal, but may accommodate other digital payment methods
The remaining balance is due in cash at pickup

If availability changes on our end (for example, fewer puppies than expected), we will:

Offer a refund, or
Transfer your deposit to a future litter

Puppy Selection Process

Selection is done in the following order:

Puppies retained for our own breeding and show program
Puppies placed in approved breeding/show homes
Pet homes (typically in order of deposit)

Timing:

Pet homes often choose around 2–4 weeks as personalities begin to show
Breeding/show homes may wait until closer to 8 weeks to evaluate structure and development
In litters where breeding or show placements are being made, pet selection may be pushed back to allow those evaluations to be completed first
As a result, some litters will have later selection timelines than others

We will guide you through timing and keep you updated throughout the process.

Pickup & Delivery

Puppies go home between 8–9 weeks of age unless otherwise arranged in writing
Failure to pick up within this window results in forfeiture of your deposit

Pickup Options:

Public meetup near Selinsgrove or New Berlin, PA
We do not typically allow kennel visits due to biosecurity for unvaccinated puppies

Delivery:

Available within the lower 48 states for an additional fee
Fee covers time, travel, and expenses
