Important: Please Read Before Placing a Deposit
Before placing a deposit, you must speak with Alissa or Jason by phone and be approved as a puppy home.
Deposits may only be placed after receiving approval. Deposits submitted without prior approval may be refunded and the reservation canceled.
Registration & Contracts
Please review our purchase contract before placing a deposit.
Unless otherwise negotiated in writing prior to purchase, all puppies are sold on Limited Registration (pet homes only). Full Registration (breeding rights) is available only to approved homes and must be arranged before a deposit is placed.
Some of our top prospects may be placed in approved guardianship homes. Guardianship placements have additional contractual requirements that prospective guardians should review before applying.
Deposit Policy
All deposits are non-refundable except when Muddy Mastiffs is unable to provide a puppy matching the terms of the reservation or otherwise elects not to complete the placement.
Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price of your puppy.
Puppy Selection
For our current litters, we have four female puppies under evaluation.
At this time, we anticipate that two of these females will be available and that two will be retained for our breeding program. We are giving ourselves until six weeks to make our picks.
Muddy Mastiffs Breeder Reservation
Muddy Mastiffs reserves the right to retain any puppy from any litter for show, breeding, evaluation, or guardianship placement.
If we choose to retain a puppy that would otherwise have been offered to you, we will either:
• Offer another available puppy from the current litter or a future litter, or
• Refund your deposit in full.
In the event a reserved puppy becomes unavailable due to illness, injury, death, breeder evaluation, or any other circumstance beyond our control, Buyer may transfer the deposit to a future litter or request a full refund.
Pickup Requirements
Puppies are expected to be picked up at eight (8) weeks of age unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
If a puppy has not been picked up by nine (9) weeks of age and no prior arrangements have been approved, Muddy Mastiffs reserves the right to cancel the sale, place the puppy with another family, and retain the deposit.
Right to Refuse a Sale
Muddy Mastiffs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any sale if we determine that the placement is not in the best interest of the puppy.
In such cases, all monies paid by the Buyer will be refunded in full.
By placing a deposit, Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these policies and understands that placing a deposit constitutes agreement to the terms outlined above.
